Bingo night's back on for tonight. Still at 1671 Nelson. usual place.

Hopefully no one minds me calling this meeting. With Olivier out of commission temporarily, it's become obvious that we need to keep contingencies in mind.

[Yup, he already likes you Wes. Having heard the phone call, Crown has instantly hung up and gone to 1671 Nelson.

He's obviously a new addition, but as he sits, he's just giving an air that he's used to this stuff. Arms folded, legs crossed as he looks to Wes.]

If they do, they are being fickle. I do not believe the General would be pleased if she found out these meetings were stopped just because of her droning. Or at least that is what I gathered from meeting her.

As far as I know, she never appointed a second. I'm here, so it seemed the best choice.

[Wes does, occasionally, use logic. When it's important.]

Considering you two live in the same house? I would probably say it would be fitting you take the role as second, provided you two work well together.

We've worked well together since before they moved me. That may have been a mistake, on the town's part.

[Which of course means exploiting it like a small thermal exhaust port]

Other than dying again? Not much. I've been hearing that others may have found some new intel in the carnival, so I hope some of them show up.

We need anything we can get on that front.

I should hope the Major General is not out of commission for long. I doubt she'd be pleased with being droned for much time.

But keeping alternate plans in place is always necessary.

There's no telling when anything will happen here. At least we know it's temporary.
